30g sump/fuge with baffles for sale

I have a 30g sump/fuge set-up. It is a 30g AGA. The baffles are siliconed in using AGA silicone. This would work great on a 75g or smaller aquarium.

Dimensions are:
Tank- 36 1/4"x 12 1/2"x 16 3/4"
Skimmer section- 11"x 12 1/2"
Return area- 11"x 7 1/4"
Refugium- 11"x 12 1/2"

Just to compare, I sold a 55g that was partitioned for sump, fuge and return and the matching 55g all-glass wooden stand for $60 a few months ago. I think once you buy something in this hobby you can only expect to sell it for roughly half of the cost of new parts. Your labor is almost never paid back.
Don't take this as negative criticism I am only commenting on my personal experience. Hope it helps.

how high is the water level in the first partition? is it 12' or more?
