312 gallon cube build

Yep they are beastly for seaswirls lol So much pressure coming out of the ends that it will blow your hand away if you try to block it

Sir, your tank looks sweet. And I applaude your decision for going bare bottom with this tank.

Beautiful setup. I love it. I have a question in regards to the tank build. you said you used 1/2" acrylic, and I'd like to do the same for my sump. I can get the acrylic cnc routed with a router I'm having installed (work) next week, but i'm worried about the adhesion. Did you use weldon 4, or do you have any tips for me on what I should use?

Thanks!!

Tank look phenomenal. Mind if I ask you how what kind of organic filtration you're using? I don't see a refugium - pellets, vinegar/vodka? Just skimming? Thanks!

Here is what im using

Reef octopus 5000i with bubbleblaster 5000 pump. This skimmer does a great job and really pulls out some nasty stuff

I run carbon and gfo in a two chamber reactor from bulk reef supply. It is powered with a mag 9 pump

A korallin 3002 calcium reactor is used to keep up alk, calcium, mg.
I also dose brs media of the same above if needed

I use kalkwasser for my auto top off that is ran by a float switch. The kalkwasser is stirred in a reactor chamber before its pumped into the sump

That is it no refugium or dosing or pellets. So far the tank over the last 8 months has shown 0 nitrates, 0 phosphates, 1200 mg, 420 calcium, 9.0 alk

You are one lucky guy to have picked up the colony of Pink Lemonade. Its one of my must haves...
