3rd Annual Middle Tn Frag Swap

I've sent an email, but need to give Tom a call (works better to actually talk to some businesses rather than just going through email, which works better for others-primarily online businesses). I feel like he'll be here, but that is based on intuition, which isn't worth much in the real world. I plan to give him a call early this week and will let you know.
 
That doesn't mean he won't send someone over, though. Last year, his son came out and held down the fort. I'll let you know what I find out.
 
I'll be coming from Bristol, timing is just right...by the time i ifigure in QT, my tank should just be ready (stable for 6 months) for some coral. Can't wait to see what y'all bring!
 
It is official. The swap will be on January 20th from 12:00-4:00 at the Pleasant Green Community Center in Goodlettsville. We have the upper floor. It is built into a hill, so there is a driveway to the upper story doors for loading and unloading, but we will have to go one car or so at a time (not a lot of room to turn around, but enough to work). It is a slope, so be careful of losing water going up. We have around 4000 sq ft, so we should not feel at all cramped. I'll get a map or a link posted soon to the community center and to nearby hotels and eateries (and other not so nearby hotels and eateries).
 
Gary, will venders be able to set up the night before? Just thought some would like to know, if so what hours do they have to work with? Hope this post is useful. thanks....................

I haven't gotten a chance to contact anyone by phone except Glass Cages. I hope to get a chance today... I've got EBay, Critter, Fishey Business, Kermit's, and the Reef Down Under to talk to, yet... Tom said he would not be able to give us a definite until sometime around 1/10/07. he is busy until the 7th, then starts a new run of shows on the 20th, but he may be able to get someone out to hodl down the fort for him.

We will not be able to set up the night before, as it is rented out (a bunch of kids will be spending the night before and after we are there, if I understood correctly). I'll verufy that again when i try to get someoen to meet me over there to do measurements. I drew up a setup option in ACAD last night, but I want to make sur I am working with the correct numbers before I get too excited (tried to scale off the picture, but it is a tiny picture with very little detail). I will be there at 8:00 am, though to let those who have set up to do. Please, no one else show up early, though. We'll have enough fun getting all the traffic to the doors handled...
 
By 'no one else show up early', I meant those not setting up for the swap. If you have a set up for the swap, of course, i'd expect to see you there;). Just trying to keep the hours more to the hours. 12:00-4:00 Central.
 
No, it's the Pleasant Green (signed up for it at Delmas Long, though). Pleasant green is a few miles down Dickerson (south). I'll post a map sometime in the near future, but you turn left on Moss Trail (across from Mason's). Take a right onto Pleasant Green and the community center is down and to the right at the deadend.

Are one of your very talented members going to post or provide a printable poster type of flyer that other clubs could print and distribute in our local areas?
 
If I have only like 5 to 10 frags, will I need to purchase a table, or tag along with someone? I was doing some maint and broke off several pieces of Elkhorn.

SEASL- 2 tables (one for Nick)
Coral Dynamics- 1 space
PFO Lighting- 1 space
Sunlight Supply-1 space
MTRC- at least 2 tables
WTMRAC- sounds like enough are coming for 2?

Am I missing anyone?
