Hmmm... if everyone else is bringing beer maybe I'll be brave enough to bring some of the stuff I've been brewing for it's first real public offering... that is, if there's really anything left after Christmas and New Year's.

I just talked to Tom and he is going to make to the swap. He will not be bringing the quantity of tanks he did last year becasue he will be by himself, but he'll be there iwth a small setup. He will also be donating some tanks for the raffle.

Thanks to Tom for being able to come. I know alot of people were looking for you to be at the swap.

Glad Tom will be able to make it... I'll have to e mail him... Looking to pick up a small tank for the kitchen... Any word whether Randy Reed is going to make it or not??? I've been needing to place an order, but will hold out till the swap if he's going to be there... I know there are a few of us in the ETRC that are looking to buy some stuff from him...

Anyone wanting to pay for their tables in advance can paypal MTRC@bellsouth.net. We are giving one free table to every club that shows up, so if you don't need more than one table, your's is free. I've got a list of people who have added tables in the last few days and will update that and post early next week (by Monday or Tuesday evening). If you haven't contacted me about a table yet, send me a PM first and we can go from there. Otherwise, PM me if you have any questions. $25 for an 8'x2' table or $15 for a 4'x2' shared table. There will be 5 raffle tickets thrown in for a full table purchase and 3 for a half table purchase. Currently, we have plenty of tables, so if you are unsure as to whether or not you even need a table, you can just wait until the day of and go from there.

Hey all.

I got in touch with Randy from Reed Mariculture and he said he is triple booked this coming weekend, but would be happy to get a group order and some raffle donatinos together for us. I'll start a thread so we can discuss and build the order.

Also, got a 175W retro electronic setup from PFO today for the raffle (reflector, mogul base, bulb, ballast and enclosure-wired).

I just emailed everyone in the club the spreadsheet with the volunteers in locations and times. Let me know if you didn't receive the email so I can add you to the list. Also, let me know if you are willing to work in one of the spots marked with an X to the right of the cells.

Oh yeah... Drs. Foster and Smith donated a $25 gift cert, but said they would give $5 off any order for email addy's i send them of people who were present at the swap. For this and many other reasons (slowing down traffic coming in being the primary), we will have a sign in sheet to list name, email addy, state and club. If you don't want to include the email addy for the $5, no biggie. We do want to record club and state (almost redundant, but easier to sort) so we know where people came from this time around in real numbers.
