Ron, thank you very much for hosting the swap it was very cool and you have a beautiful house. It was good meeting people to place names with faces. Here is the recipes for the meatballs everyone wanted the recipe for

Jeffââ"šÂ¬Ã¢"žÂ¢s BBQ SAUCE

INGREDIENT LIST
4 cups ketchup or tomato sauce/puree
Ã"šÃ‚¼ cup soy sauce
Ã"šÃ‚¼ cup worcesterhire sauce
Ã"šÃ‚½-1 cup honey (depending on how sweet you want your sauce)
ginger root (to taste)
garlic cloves (to taste)
black pepper (to taste)
1 orange (peeled and juiced)
1 cup white wine

METHOD:

Peel ginger root and garlic slice or chop both ginger and garlic pour half the white wine into heavy saucepan and bring to a simmer then place chopped ginger root and half the garlic into the white wine reduce this until it is completely gone and the bottom of the pan begins to brown then quickly turn off heat and add the remaining white wine.

Leave this sit for 15 minutes then return to medium heat and add the ketchup, orange peel and juice, black pepper, soy sauce, worcesterhire sauce, remaining garlic and honey and bring to a medium simmer reduce heat to low and simmer for 45-60 minutes or until the sauce has reached the consistency you would like it to be adjust taste as needed drop frozen meatballs from COSTCO or any grocery store and serve.

This is a basic sauce and you can add any fruit or meat flavor to it if you would like instead of ginger and orange you could use raspberries, blackberries, cherries, pineapple, apricots or any fruit you like the possibilities are endless donââ"šÂ¬Ã¢"žÂ¢t be afraid to experiment that is how I created this sauce in the first place.

NOTE: the ginger will give the sauce spice so the longer you leave the ginger in the more spicy it will be I usually strain the ginger out after the first 20-30 minutes this sauce will keep for weeks in the fridge or months in the freezer.

I agree everyone was super nice. At the end everyone was getting rid of frags they didn't want to take back. Thanks everyone for the frags, I got a nice hammer coral, two types of xenia, montipora, and some zoos. Too bad I wasn't a better host, got the buzz going to early, but thanks everyone who pitched in with the food. I'm thinking of hosting another one after Greg's swap. Someone said we could fit 300 people in my backyard next time, maybe we should and hopefully I'll get the kegerator fixed.

I wish I could have made it, at least my tables did. :)

Ron, I'll work out sometime to pick them up next week with you.
