50,000 litre tank in a boutique hotel (Bangkok , Thailand)

Need help !!

Just opened the royal exclusive boxes and discovered that one of the pumps is broken as in the pictures .Any one familiar with the pump ? Is it easy to fix or do I need to send it back to the supplier , the problem is I am taking these back to Thailand on 6 th Jan so I am running out of time ? Just do not understand why they have not checked the quality of their pumps before shipping to customer .

That was most likely damaged in shipping. Royal Exclusiv has pretty good quality control and the only way for the AKB stem to break is because of force on the back of the pump. Where did you purchase it from? Did you pick it up from the factory in Germany or did you buy it from a reseller? If from a reseller, it likely happened during transit. The box was likely tossed and the back of the pump came in contact with the side of the box breaking the AKB. PM Sent.

Thanks for your advise ! I bought it from marine aquatic in Uk .http://www.marineaquatics.co.uk

They shipped it to my sister's house and when I opened the boxes , I discovered 3 broken pumps and one good pump .

I think on the box there is an indication that it is salt water pump.

That's what it looked like to me. Those are salt water pumps inside the box.

Contact your reseller. That damage had to occur during transit. The pumps are hand assembled at Royal Exclusiv and didn't leave the factory that way. I can assure you of that.

Does the piece come out if it does then maybe they could just ship you that part (to Thailand [emoji1242] ) I would speak to them on the phone and email them those photos to see what they could do for you

The stem that the John Guest Fitting connects to is milled into the block. You can't replace that stem. The block itself would need to be replaced but not the entire pump. The controller, impeller and volute are fine. Since this was shipped to him from the reseller, the reseller needs to be contacted immediately as there is potential for a freight claim on the shippers freight account.
