I would go with the hand painted ones. For just a little more money you could have a decorative living room lamp table/RO water combo unit.

Haha, yeah but my RO is in the basement so no go on the painted wonder. Do any of you have the tight head one? I don't know if it'd work since you need access to install the pump and top off. Plus Id like to clean it once in a while.
