Happy new year everyone!
It has been a while as the end of the summer was very hectic due to business and heavy traveling schedule. But we are right back on track here a few photos of the update shots during this time.
Finished the side and back paneling from the inside with some black acrylic. The fact that I will be using 100% LED affected the choice of color greatly. I really hope I can keep it as clean as possible as the end result would be outstanding.

Sump is also done, 2 sumps joined together at the front. The skimmer will be in a separate sump at the back of the tank on its own stand. THe sump starts with 3 baffles then a raised eggcrate into 3 main sections. 1st 2 sections will be lit and will have Liverock and Caulerpa. I am still undecided which would would go first as I would prefer to start with Caulerpa, but thios would render pruning a much tougher task. The third section would be for unlit Liverock. Then there are 6 buckets that would serve as RDSB. This would make it much easier in case I want to remove them after a certain period of time.

And a few more photos of the partially lit tank. I have a maxspect G2 230W on the left and Chinese custom built 200 W fixture to the right. The second is a seriously powerful fixture to the eye. I will probably have to raise the fixtures a bit, but that is not a problem.
