My plan is to let them compete (and intertwine). I have had some fighting, but I just watch carefully and then move things around accordingly. The smaller pieces are glued because of my high flow, but the larger colonies are on heavy bases, so they stay upright on their own.Do you think I will have to glue the large colonies eventually??
I purposely aquascaped my shelves tiered, so there will be shading eventually, but minimal.
..MAY THE STRONGEST SURVIVE!!...hey, maybe this could be turned into a reality show....as long as it runs for 3 years.

What are your current PAR readings?
I just switched to 2-54x8 t5s about 5 weeks ago, haven't had time to borrow my friends par meter. I'll check it soon and post back.
I just bumped my "high noon" Radion setting to 70%.
I'll take a reading at noon tomorrow
Looking good. Have you noticed any shadows due to "only" having 8 fixtures?

wow! It already looks pretty full of corals! Are you done adding species? And will you let these grow into huge colonies or will you plan to prune and keep them small. If i have a vote, it's to let them get huge. :0) regardless it'll look great.
I was quarantining everything.I do not know what the worm came in on.Sweet build!! I want to do something similar once I build the forever house. Unless I missed it what were you quarantining that the worm came from?
Awesome setup! Just watched the equipment room video. How much room, feet wise, do you have in between your sump and the QT tanks?
