600 gallon NEW BUILD

Skimmer has arrived. After much investigation, I landed on Life Reef.
Something about the height/dwell time just makes sense!
...although Sully doesn't look too impressed!

So you have your office side view (cabinet mock -up )and your utility room side view, working on pump position and final layout.
There will be a shelf unit in the office that is part of the DT cabinity (on the right side)that opens up as a door directly into the back room for quick access

You will probably get a more secure and level footing for your stand by NOT putting it on a carpet.

Excellent suggestion; My aluminum stand is actually resting on the concrete foundation floor, the carpet was laid "up to" it.Though until I run the first wet test I will not be 100% certain of my leveling job (or the aquarium itself).
What do you think....5 days of resting water for the test?

I guess the point is that the weight of the water plus the rock and sand is going to cause the carpet to compress and you will probably no longer be level or even which could cause stress on the tank.
