600 Gallon Upgrade Build

I got some funny and curious looks from the people working at the storage facility where all of our stuff is being stored until the house is ready. I bought two 175g water storage vats and had to put them into the storage unit. The manager came over and asked to inspect the unit I was putting them into and asked to inspect our other two units. I had TWO 200 gallon (each) storage containers delivered. Needless to say they did not come in a box and were outside the garage when I got home.

I wonder how many neighbors drove by that day.

At least they did not see the gun safe being delivered. Nor the ACID eating away something in a tub in the back yard. HAHAHAHAHA

Yeah, I've joked with friends before saying I'm just waiting for the DEA to bust down the door...

"I'm a REEFER, it's not what you think!!!"

Checklist for DEA to serve warrant:

- Electric bill twice as high as neighbors
- Twice the water usage
- Blue lights radiating from basement window
- Exhaust fans coming from basement
- Orders from hydroponics website
- People in an out of my house. (To pick up FRAGS!)

I get the same here too. I was over my neighbor and some people was coming over to get some live rock. The guys pulled up, got out their cars and yelled "Hey Wayne can I get that rock?" Should've seen the reaction on his face.

Seriously. I was reading last week about bleaching LR followed by soaking it in muriatic acid, and somebody asked where to buy the stuff. Turns out it is a little tough, in that buying it in bulk draws suspicion. Why? Because you can use it to make meth. So now meth labs are messing with me two ways: I can't buy the good decongestant drugs at the drug store any more, and now people will think I'm a drug dealer when I buy chemicals for my aquarium. Awesome.

I have to keep mine on the down low considering my neighbor and I are the only African Americans in our neighborhood. When it comes to reefing and what people request he keeps his distance from me until its all clear.

I started aquascaping today. This is all I'm probably going to get done today as it is Veterans Day and I have a few places I want to conquer to get my free meal.

Seeing you sitting in your aquarium reminds me of a toddler in their play pen putting together blocks. I mean that as a complement since we're all just adult kids and that's a beautiful monster of a tank. I wish I had one that big to play in. Great job on the rockwork so far.

You are welcome Stylo. I have a few more structures in the pond liner that I still have to place inside. Considering today and the next couple days I'll be busy looks like the finished product won't be until Thursday.
