600 Gallon Upgrade Build

OK Wayne... Come one man... What do you need help with? I am sure we can get some people to come over and help you out or something.

The next project I have now is to place the new ceiling fan and remove the old one. From the ceiling its only 12 inches to the bottom of the light. I hope that came out right.

Once my appointments slow down I can concentrate more on the tank. On a couple occasions I drove to my doctors appointments only for them to tell me that they were canceled and I wasn't even notified. Here is the kicker, if you miss one of their appointments without calling, you get a nasty gram in the mail saying that the i showed no respect for other vets by not calling early enough to cancel and maybe put another vet in that spot but they cant give me the common courtesy to call an say that my appointment was cancelled. To even better that one, after I dropped off my vehicle to valet(a free service they provide for veterans and families) soon as I walked in the door the tell me that my appointment was cancelled because the doctor called in sick. What doctor calls in sick. And they knew about it at 7:30 am and I had a 9:00 am appointment. Sorry for venting because in all actuality my surgery should have been done or close to being don and presently I still dont have a date.

That's how they roll. They can make a million dollar renovation to the hospital but not improve their procedures.

Ok ok ok ok. So out with the old.

In with the new.

I have much more clearance with this flush mounted fan compared to the previous fan so if I have to raise my lighting fixture there will be no problems.

And to think I was going to pay someone to hang the fan for me.

Edit: Ok I think RC and Tapatalk need to huddle up or something.

This is about as serious as its going to get until the beginning of the month. But now I wont have any canopy or light rack interference with the new ceiling fan. But I will do my best to accommodate you.

I think taptalk is prob having the same issues with other sites too. I actually put a not on taptalk vBulliten discussion. With no results yet.

I think I have Tapatalk 2 on my phone. Might just delete it and use the free version. Never had any problems with that version.

OK don't get me started, let me just say that on behalf of my country I am sorry for the way you and your bretheren are treated.

On topic though I don't get here every day, or even every week and this thread goes a million miles an hour. Are you building the tank or having it done? How is your rock curing going, have you added any life to get it growing through the rock yet?

Rock curing is going well. Just adding bacteria and doing big water changes. As for the tank, yes I am going to build it.

Yes the original one was hanging from ceiling about 20 inches. The flush mount is only 12 inches from the ceiling.

A lot less Roman Emperor theme. It will be more modern with a twist. I wanna go with this type of look. It has a wavy like feeling.

Yea you can say I took the easy way out. I tried skimming the stand on my 225 and it didn't go quite well either.
