i may have bitten off more than i can chew purhasing two Turbelle stream 6000's. i only have a 75 gal tank that's 48" wide. the combination of the two pumps is enough to cause a sand storm. i do have the 7095 controller, which i run on night mode (still trying to figure out how it works), but i think my fish (blue tang, fox face, goby, and coral beauty) are freaked out by the currents. i have a half dozen LPS and soft corals. they seem to love it. i have the pumps in the far back corners angled toward the center. the sand in the cneter has parted. or shall i say...departed.

Is there a lower powered transformer i can buy

Well, the fish certainly come from regions with at least as much current in the wild, they are probably disturbed by the chnage but it is not too much current. I would do the following, night mode only works at night and it just stops the pulsing and switches the pumps to the bottom knob settings as long as the photocell is in darkness. I would use Interval 1, so only one pump runs at a time. Set your pulse to 3 seconds and choose 30% on the bottom and maybe 50% on the top. Set your Interval to 6 hrs. There is no lower powered transformer.

Thanks for the quick reply, Roger! I guess i just need to understand how it works (I'm pretty new at this). I love the product, and bought it in case i upgrade my tank.
