6045 problems

Hello Roger,
I purchased 2 6045 nano streams about 8 moths ago. I have had problems with the propeller housing cracked and will not stay together on both of them ? Also all four tabs on the clamps that hold the pumps have broken off ? Now I just cleaned the pump and notices the metal shaft in one of them is broken off at the base ? This pump will no longer work. Are you having problems with all of these pumps. It seams like like poor design and durability! Are these things covered under warranty?

Sounds like you got a early version of the pump which the problems you have had have been resolved over time with updates to the design and amterials being used in the build. roger will surely see this tomorrow and get you taken care of.

Please send both of the pumps so that we may inspect them and replace them with new ones , the clamps have also been re-designed and will be replaced. Please include a note describing the problem and a return address. Send to:

I am haveing similler problems with the houseing , also they sound like the propeller will not fully engage. Mine are about as old as stros's . Should I send these in also?

ditto, same for me , had present on the door step when I got home from work. I have to say by far best customer service in this industry. This make me feel alot better about droping 800.00 on a 6101 set up!
