Two or three months ago I sent you a 6100 for repair. You repaired it under warranty and I thank you greatly. However, I have two more Streams that need repairs, if possible. They are both about 2.5-3 yrs old, and soaking them in a vinegar/water solution has not resolved the problem. I believe the drive units are bad. These are 6100.10 units and I cannot remove the drive units for inspection or cleaning.
May I send you the pumps, drivers, transformers, and the 7091 controllers for inspection, and repairs if we believe it to be cost effective versus buying new units? What address should I ship them to?
