7096 controller stuck on full

Hi from the UK.

I have had the 7096 working fine for 2 years. A few days ago It has started a problem.

I am running 2 x 6055's. The pumps are now stuck on full power with no control through any of the channels.

When I connect to USB channel 1 LED is constantly dim ? If I put 4 channels on pulse all the LED's flash bright.

There is no water damage to unit. No damage to USB cable or socket. Pumps are working fine as I have tried them linked to a 6044 pump controller and they pulse fine.

Any help greatly appreciated as I love my tunzes and missing the flow in the tank !

I have had to rig up an old (noisy) MP40 temporarily.

It sounds like an issue with the 7096, do you use Windows or Mac? If you use Windows, I might try installing the latest update from Tunze.com, it could be a glitch that this will resolve, otherwise I would contact Tunze UK about repair.
