Thanks Mike, I hope it isn't shrinking! I think because it went from a cramped 60gallon to a 150 gallon, it looks small. Everything looks small minus my foot long leather. I have had a lot of issues with Rtn in the passed so we are keeping our fingers crossed this new tank has no problems.

So a bunch has changed and i thought i would share. I have a bunch of subtle changes some are big.

I now have an APEX controller.

Pros:
I can finally control my tank via my phone, I could with my RKE but it didnt work right with my internet.
It is smaller and less things to plug in.
Its very straight forward and to the point.

Cons:

The Display is boring and i miss having 30 colors to choose from
I dislike that every time you hit an arrow the screen blinks
I only have 1 EB8 and not 4 Pc4s


My fish list has changed also:

I sold my clown tang that ive had for 2.5 years
I am selling my GMC mated pair
I now have a Moorish Idol in qt
I'm getting another yellow corris wrasse
and picking up a beautiful Blonde Naso on Monday


Everything else is still the same and the ACHILLES is still alive.

I have a bunch of new zoas and a lot more lps, still on the hunt for SPS. My prized Strawberry Shortcake frag that i won at the SCRK meeting has RTN'd in my care. Sorta bummed but life goes on.

My qt is up and running and ready for the new fish i am adding and that i have room for now.

UPDATE TIME!!!

So i have had a lot change since the last posting. Fish have come and gone, I got a new qt up and running. I purchased a few new pieces of equipment and finally got my skimmer up and running 100% again.

Updated fish list:

2 picasso clowns
1 mystery wrasse
1 kole tang
1 atlantic blue tang
1 yellow corris wrasse
3 chromis
1 diamond goby
1 male leopard wrasse

Everything else i had either didn't make it or got swapped out

I bought a UV sterilizer that isn't online yet but hopefully i'll be able to benefit from it soon. I also purchased a new 30g qt tank with stand that is a lot smaller and less of a hassle then my 60g.

One day im going to rework the rocks. I still dont like the middle pieces.

Thanks, I hope now with my skimmer back up and skimming nasty i can eliminate it as a reason why i toasted a few of my nicer sps colonies.

Nice M meleagris Bryce! What's it eating? My female I noticed the face is slowly changing colors... Very slightly anyway. Mine eats everything.

Thanks, it was only in my qt for 2 weeks or so. I bought it eating mysis but sIncr being in my care I got it to eat omega one meat pellets. Bloodworms and brine he only swims up to and looks at. I'm sure within a few weeks I'll get him on them as well. I want to get a female now.

So a lot has changed as of late. I got rid of most of my coral and have went fish only. Pictures taken under 1 250w 14k MH

I have a way to big skimmer, params are good even though i feed a lot.

I have tried for about 30 minutes to get a decent picture of my wrasses, but they are to damn fast.

How do you like your harlequin tusk?
Mine eats all of scarlet shrimp but leave the cleaner shrimp alone.
I want a blonde tang too but I want to buy it from fellow reefer

I just took it out of qt, it was eating viciously at the lfs and was there in a copper tank. I wish it was an Aussie but it's colors are really vibrant and it's healthy so I can't complain. The purple tang is semi aggressive towards the other fish but not towards the other tangs suprisingly. My naso is getting more and more fat daily. I'm considering a longer tank and maybe trying to pair it.

Haha thanks, Life has been extremely busy as of late. I'm just now getting into the swing of things, i have some downtime here and there and hopefully more and more as my job settles in. I'm able to feed my fish still so i'm still going at it.
