90 gal build everything...(PIC INTENSE)

Did a little bit of work on it this past week.....I finally finished my fuge light..I ve plumbed it and ready for some equiptment to arrive..

Heres how the light box turned out..

and Once I proved it structurly sound..I found it will serve well for a small ledge to rest stuff upon..and its dimensions are 7"x16"x1.25" its takes up no room soever.

underneath the box I plumbed my RO/DI auto topoff to a .5" hose and a seperate salt resivourfill line as well. TThe salt fill will only be operated manually for the purposes of water changes only. As the ATO is of course.....automatic.

and I finally received my powerstrips in for the upper bracket.

I plumbed the overflow..
100_2309.jpg

I installed a seperate valve on my skimmers overflow line so that the tank can be purged of waste water as it gets filled at the same time.

Unfortunaly I rent where Im at so I couldnt install floor drain for it but..altast only have to carrry the buckets one time now ...not two!
mmmmm...and here is my resivour closet of current.

*Bump* I got my tax stimulus check today!!!! Im sinking everybit of it into the tank ...I should be filling very soon.!

I also received my VHO retro PFO kit.
I decided to mount the ballast on the back side of my canopy.

Then I installed a couplke of items in the pump closet..
I put in (2) Mag5 pumps in my saltwater resivoir container.

100_2328.jpg

The pumps that is plumbed is looped to recirculate the container and then be pumped directly into my sump for waterchanges at the turn of a knob. The pump that is laying on its side is there for the purposes of mixing the salt-water solution.

First trickles of fresh RODI water into salt canister pumped from other canister. (nothing to brag about , just happy to be ready to mix and fill the tank soon!)

Just subscribed and looking forward to reading this tomorrow... I love how neat and clean everything is.

I'm really liking this. I especially like the flip-down power box and your water change set up. I'm SLOWLY building a fish room in my basement for an in-wall 120G and I'm doing to incorporate some of your ideas. Nice job!

No. I used weldon 16.

That's a lot better then silicone but still nto a strong bond IMO. If you don't have it filled up I would get some weldon 3 or 4 and go over the connections one more time...
