9002 Problem

Well today i come home from class to find my tunze nano skimmer bobbing up and down in the sump because of the magnet came apart from the skimmer box.... Im in the process of reattaching it to the body with an epoxy stick(marineland). Im just wanting to know what i should do about it? I just got it for christmas and still have the invoice and other info about it.

For warranty you will need to send it to Tunze(Roger - rvitko on this forum) or he will likely be able to tell you what to rebond it with tomorrow in the morning or afternoon when he signs on. Epoxy stick is likely not going to work well.

Don't use epoxy stick, can you just send me the body and if we can't repair it properly we will replace? We use a glue called Tangit to solvent weld the plastic together.

Thanks for the info guys but i got in touch with the vendor (Marinedepot) They are taking it back and replacing it. Thanks guys for the responses.
