9010 - No flow

I am not getting any water flow through the pipe connector. The skimmer is in my sump and have read other threads on water flow and everything is the way it should (from what i have read)

The water level will not rise high enough to exit the pipe. Plenty of bubble

I jsut set it up so is this something that may just take time?

got it, I was missing a piece by the j shape tube. Bubbles are now half way up the ceenter chamber

tell me how you like it well you? i was about to get the 9010 or 9005 but then i saw people who weren't as happy and I've started to doubt my plans.

roger,

my power went out briefly and when turned back on, the bubbles are only going up to the black case and not in the neck.

is this normal and just give it some time or should i ne concerned?

That is not unuaual it takes a while for the foam to build up, I would give it 6hrs or so and see if the foam has started to climb.

based on the pic above, you think there is too much "water" in the cup or is it fine.

If too much should i loosen or tighten the blue screw

man it looks good, I wonder if it'll be as good if I put it in the main tank or if I should go with the skinner Deltec skimmer. Did you try to put it in the main tank to see how it compared skimming, if there was a difference at all

It is a little bit light but that can vary with water chemistry and I wouldn't be too concerned you might try closing the venturi screw 1/8 turn.
