Carlos,

I noticed both tanks you linked utilize a jaubert plenum. Are plenums commonly used in Brazil?

Hi guys,

Carlinhos is a great guy, a humble person who lives for this tank. He likes to receive reefers in his house to show off the stuff.

Yes, he still use plenum. Its kinda funny here, most of the people from São Paulo, where he lives, use jaubert. Most of the people from Rio de Janeiro, where i live, use DSB.

HereÃ"šÃ‚´s my tank.

Marcello, I really like the way your reeffront--exquisitely done. Isn't reefs & RC unique as a common bond all over the world?Thnx. Edward for this thread. Bob

Thx Bob,

its really a great concern, make things look natural. To tell you the truth i like the right side but i have to work more on the left.

But i have no time now. I am planning a new reef (6.000 liters under the sun). Its a huge project for me, i did not start yet but iÃ"šÃ‚´m already tired thinking on it.

Carlinhos doesnt utilize a jaubert plenum in new reef. He used samoa pink DSB.

The old tank had jaubert plenum.

Joao Monteiro have jaubert plenum in his tank.

Yep. Jaubert is still common here.

Hey, I think that's great. I think people gave up on them too soon. People just flew past them onto DSB's. I still support plenums.:) I'm done with DSB's though. Plenum or barebottom.
