Thanks for sharing! I know it's the SPS board, but could you tell us about your anthias? How many and what do you have going there? Are they friendly to the community/themselves?
Do you have any top down shots of the SPS? PLease post some if you do. Top down shots of colourful SPS = Eye Candy. And you corals look like they are in prime condition for some serious top down shots.
I have a total of 5 Anthias that all get along. I have 3 Lyretail Anthias(one male/two females) on the small side. They all started as female and had one turn to a male that was really cool to watch. The other two are squareback (one male/one female) on the large side. I wish these larger ones had better coloration. To give you a background on how they were added:
Added all at one time at the start of this tank:
4 Lyretail 1 male 3 female- Male died 2 weeks in and one female turned male 4 months later
3 Squareback (1Male/ 2 female)- 1 Female died
I never seen them get aggressive with anything in the tank.
I will work on some top down shots, what do you all usually use to take these? I know fish stores use view boxes. Anything you all use outside of this?
Your tank is beautiful. I like that you've given your corals room to grow into impressive sized colonies. I'm wondering how you manage flow with such a dense rock structure.
