I thought you were looking to move to Delaware?

If you need a mortgage broker I've got a great one to recommend. (no, it's not me)

Jan,

What about this for your new avatar:

I can't believe that no one commented on this.

Heh, I knew it was a matter of time before someone said something about the Amity Horror house...

With stats like these, what did you expect:

And I love that ad to the right side: "Looking for Amityville Horror?"

Better have a good engineer check out that house ;)

Jan, I just cannot believe the bs this house generates...
You should see the crowds around Halloween, I feel bad for the people that live there.

Good one Doug.:)

So this looks like it will be my new home. We just put a bid in today and it was accepted. The yard is 87' x 113'.

hey Bill, I used to work at a couple bars in amityville....where do you live now? this is a decent move east for you isn't it?

Well, Congratulations!

Yeah, I'm moving out to the sticks! :eek1:
If it weren't just one town over the Nassau Boarder, I might be afraid.

Chuck, my buddy lives around the corner from the horror house. I will be about a mile from there.
It doesn't bother me, I actually like it.

The hood can't be that rough if Brad had danced for $ in some of the finer establishments .

So what size tank do you have approval to upgrade to after the move?

You bought that house when mine just went up for sale? I could have cut you a deal and left my basement ghetto tank setup- how sweet would that be?

Jan- at my new "compound" - I have an extra cabin on the property way back in the woods on the mountain. It has a wood burning stove inside it and a firepit right outside... and very strangely- they ran electricity to it.

I'll be looking to rent that out to someone who wants to write their own "manifesto", or just your average meth fiend.

Andrew got married, moved into a 3000+Sf house, drives around in a MB ML class, ordered a 225 gallon tank and got the wife to allow him spend more money buying crazy equipment...

You got a approval for a 10 gallon tank upgrade.. I see how good of a salesman you are  You have to at least get a normal square tank, no more of those round front tanks.

Bite me.
Andrew also has no kids. Watch that MB ML turn into a neon.;)

FYI, my tank is staying the same for now.

I could get a new BMW if I wanted to move to another state.

Thanks, Doug, but it would have to be someplace where nobody knew me, including you and yours. Of course, I could shave my beard and nobody would recognize me, but too many folks would then think I was planning something else ;)
