Now the turtle is real comfortable with her surroundings as she's walking around the yard then back to the pond on a regular! I think one day I'll find her lounging on one of the chairs!! LOL
We have a tortoise that has free range in our backyard. It was a gift for my niece and like all kids lost interest in it and let it get too big for it's tank. We brought him to our house and now he spends the Winter months inside, the Spring and Summer months outside. Nice pond, I was thinking of putting one in the backyard, but we have big trees with spread out deep roots that gave me a problem when I was building the deck. Don't want to go through that again.
