A Problem, hope not Fatal

I bought a frag of X Men Zoas. There were four adult polyps on the frag. The polyps were stressed up to last week by a Kline ButterFly fish I had bought and put in the tank, up till I put the Kline in the tank the frag was doing great and had put out two babies. To make matters worse, they were stressed even more by my efforts to get the Kline out of the tank, the Kline has been out of the tank for a week. The polyps looked good as far as size goes they just weren't opening and yesterday the polyps started opening, and I was a happy camper. This morning after the MH lights came on the polyps opened up and I was happy, untill just now when I looked into the tank and saw that two of the adult polyps had what appeared to be a piece of thread coming out of their mouths ( I am guessing their insides) My ??? : Is this the end for these polyps? The good thing is, I had split this frag a few weeks ago and had two polyps each on two frag plugs. After I split this frag, is when they put out the two babies on the same frag, the frag with the two babies is the one with the problem with the aduld polyps.

they're probably releasing zoaxthale???(wrong spelling ), if it looks like brownish strings... its' just poop.

+1 probably just going to the bathroom.

It was brown, I had never seen that before so I was kinda worried after everthing they had gone thru the last three weeks. Thanks for the info.
