A Reef in the Sky

I would love to see the vids. Also why is tank going down in ten months? Sorry if you've mentioned it before.
No, it actually hasn't been mentioned before. We will have to move around the end of the year meaning 'A Reef in the Sky' will have to be packed up and moved too. A task I am not looking forward to. I know how challenging and stressful moving my tank is. :crazy1:

I would like to have a new display tank and already have ideas which really push the boundaries. :fun5: I actually started google sketch-up drawings the other week.

I love my current stand so I would like to keep it, but it might need a few modifications :hmm2:

Andrew,

We'd love to see the video, It would also be great if you can ID your corals in a picture stream. I can't seem to find any in the SFO area.

Thanks again,
Aj
I'll start on the video in the next couple of days. Others here on RC might have a better idea on coral IDs. See what I can do.

Andrew,

Sure thing. It is definitely a motivation for me to visit HK now ...

Your more than welcome

:lol::lol:
so false alarm!
Yeah... Shaggss likes to stir!

SPS forest, love it !
Thank you

What happened to your acans I remember you having some nice big acans.
Are your vortex pumps controlled by your controller.
I've had the same Acans for the past 2years and they are going well. I had a few more in my old tank (Red Sea Max back in 2008/09) but died in the tank move with the rest of my corals :(

The MP40W ES is on long pulse mode and the MP20 is not currently running. I don't use any controller for the Vortechs, the the Tunze 6105

Very nice growth and colors....

Are you still keep the achilles tang?
Thank you... Yes the achilles is doing really well and is still the boss of the tank.

I heard you're moving to Austin to be near me. Is it true?!?!
Just for you buddy!!

That would be awesome!
I have noticed that Austin has a large reefing community from all the tanks I see online! Must be a great community for frag swaps etc

Hey Andrew really sweet setup.
I was wondering if you could give me any details on what the cabinets were made of and finished with. I'm looking to do something similar and was looking for some insight on your stand. Thanks
Bill
