Thats a nice list of active fish!!!!! You son must love watching the tank!

Until recently did not detect nitrates, now it's usually around .2PPM. With fish getting larger, more food going in, and more fish to be added the biopellet reactor is my next device to deploy. I should have it online in next couple weeks.

Will just tap off my manifold for flow, unsure on flow but due to it's conical flow bottom don't expect it to require much flow at all. Here's bottom, my favorite part of this reactor.

Simple and seemed very effective in display at macna.

I have others I'll pick up but to each his own. I'm often very busy with work and away from the tank. I want to enjoy it and not have to worry about the latest outbreak. These are all great tangs on the list already!

Dustin, are you running the orpheks on your tank? The fixtures or the pendants. How do you like them?
What spread do you get from each one, approximately

Sorry for delayed response. I'm running the original Atlantiks they released, which has 78 LEDs. Here's more in depth coverage of them on my tank and spread charts too.

I'd say I get about 30" X 36" spread with them and have 6 over my 600. PAR is 100-150 on my sandbed, and tank has anywhere from 200-1000 PAR outside of that.

As far as my liking, they've worked out great for me. Have had them about 18 months now, and considering I have 8 I've not had any drivers go out or LEDs so that makes me like them. I've not messed with any programming for over a year and am overall happy, I don't worry about them and can focus on other things.

Great build and tank and I enjoyed the read

I need to go get the stand materials (wood) and start the large tank build it was just cold and windy outside today
I need to order a sump and was searching for designs when I found this crazy ride of yours.
I have a 400 gallon from the same manufacture as your 600, 96*30*36

H2O station I have the smaller 65gal tanks for RO\DI and SW mix and plan to upgrade to an external pump like I see on RC now. It was the smartest idea I stole from RC when I started the 180. OMG 7 or 8 years ago!
WC are just a turn of the valve and into the sump goes the SW.

I Also had the SW mix brown stuff from Reef Crystals and Coral Pro Plus was even worse. So back to Instant Ocean for now.

OK man... Time to give us some update pics and info.

1) FTS

2) how are the 200g mixing station handling out? Anything you would have change or did?
