I've always heard about Tunze great customer service and Roger's dedication to make customers happy. I am now a true believer! One of my Tunze pumps broke down and Roger took care of it promptly. No question ask, no paper work to go through, and no hassle.

Roger, you now can count on me as a loyal customer.

Couldnt agree more. Roger has been GREAT, and always helped me out promptly. Im also a Tunze customer for life. I actually just bought one of their silence pumps for my new tank build return pump because of their service and products.
 
.. almost the same situation happened to me a while back and Roger also took care of me.

I always liked Tunze products, but the top notch customer service just makes owning one alot more satisfifying and gives you a sense of security that if something bad happens. Roger is there for you.

Roger is A-1. I bought 2 6080 streams for my 180g FW tank. Roger gave me some great advice. I use my streams 7x daily for 15 minute cycles to gently sweep the poop and smallest pieces of uneaten food off my sand to my filters. Works great and I know if I ever have a problem I can always call on Roger.
 
Customer support like that is huge, especially from a foreign company....that must be why I chose to use Tunze Reef Excel Salt...lol!!!
 
Sorry, we don't have any more coffee mugs, I will probably get some more soon, but that was something we gave dealers as a Christmas present several years ago. Thanks, your kind feedback makes it all worthwhile.
 
I don't have anything right now, usually we make stuff like that for trade shows and I imagine I will get some loot from Interzoo next year.

No, we are strictly wholesale except spare parts, when we have discontinued or refurbed items we post them for sale here in the forum.

We will definitely have some promotional items in the near future.
 
This is so true, not that there is alot of thing going wrong with the tunzes, they are very durable equipement. But when I had an issue I was quickly get right back on the road thanks to Roger.
