I place a large order with PA, customer service was first rate, everthing arrived on time and well packaged. I had a small issue with a mogule socket, but all it took was a simple 2 minute phone call and the replacement is on the way. This has been the best experience I have had with an on-line vendor. Highly reccomended.

Once upon a time, I ordered an AquaC skimmer on Thursday night & Jason shipped out on Friday morning and I received on Tue morning.

Probably not a big deal right? NO....

The wife and I visited their store in Indy this past Saturday. It was to 2-3 hour (one way) trip for us.

Only problem that I have..."I've got to get there when they open up, not 30 minutes before they close too pick out what I was looking for!":

Sorry you did not find what you wanted when you made the trip over, especially with such a long drive. It seems we always have a mad dash right when we first open, and things get picked through very fast. Let us know what you are looking for and we'll try to track it down.

one question can I come in and get lr? Also A+ for PA I ordered somethign and the same day found a better price and even after I ordered it they gave me a coupon, now that is customer service!

Hi,

Yes, we have local walk-in shopping hours friday from 2pm-5pm every week. Then the 1st and 3rd saturday of each month from 12-3pm. You can pick out your own rock, etc.

We can also make arrangements during the week as well, these are appoitment only. You just call and depending on our work load, we can usually get you in and you can pick out the rock or we can get it for you.
