My rose has been closing up for days. I thought either splitting or dying....It has a mated pair of false percs that are spawning (nothing new)
Then today at 1:31PM I saw the black perc sneak in the back side of the rose. I thought how starnge never seen two diffent types of clowns host in the same rose...... and then CHOMP!!!! He bit it!!!
Guess he figures if he can't have it nobody can.
Well he is out of there tonight!!!!
Keep you posted.
Ya just never know with this hobby....

dirty buggers... my black oscellaris (oprah) rules the tank with an iron fist. if i listen closely i can hear her say "you get a bite in the a$$... you get a bite in the a$$$... and u.. and u...and u...."

I think

I think

the percula could care less about the anemone.
He wants to get rid of the ocellaris- no matter what it takes.

wait a minute.....

"black percula"....... are you sure it's a percula in the same aquarium as spawning ocellaris?

Does the nipper have it's own anemone?

Sorry Gary got lazy. They are both "false" percs or both Ocellaris. You are correct, he wants to get rid of the other mating pair.
