Lease papers signed last night. I stopped by for a congratulatory (?sp) Brewski.

Tape measures were flyin! Construction starts this am at 8. Saw the blue prints. Gonna be sweeeeeet!

They hope to be open in 2-3 weeks.

any interest in a late Nov early Dec Grand Opening/Frag meet???

Cool guys. I'll start narrowing down some dates. Originally Tim was thinking the Sat after Thanksgiving but wasn't sure if that'd be bad b/c of Xmas shopping, or if it'd help b/c people might wanna hit Carousel Mall before or after.

If that turns out to be bad, then maybe weekend after Thanksg. Weekend. 1st w/e in Dec.

Opinions???

I think the 1st w/e in Dec would be better. Lots of people travel for Thanksgiving weekend and I think it would limit the turnout. Just my opinion...

I can’t wait to see it. I have already started a list of stuff to get from them. I may have to stop by and see if I can bug them to see what it looks like. I think that we are all as exited as they are for this, cny is long overdue for a store like this.

Also with the store a mere half hour drive I should be able to make just about anytime. Man its hard to get to a frag swap that is a 2 hour one way trip....

Try being less than 2 miles from the location. This is so huge. I live like 2 minutes from Tim and like 2 minutes from the new location. Psyched.

I am excited this will make my closest reef shop 3hrs away instead of 5hrs.

Just stopped over. Walls are going up, tank stands built. Lots of RO water being made. Very excited!!!

It'd be a shame if I have to stop in to the new shop to pick it up.

This should be a big boost to the Southern Tier reefdom to have a quality LFS within striking distance. I look forward to an opening day meet!
