ABC's frag swap

Is it going to be kind of flea market style, where everyone can bring their frags, setup their table or whatever, and people browse, talk, buy, etc? Or are people pre-arranging deals then only bringing the frags that are already have spoken for?

Last one was a blend of the two styles. Plenty of pre-arranged trades, but also LOTS and LOTS of "unclaimed" frags on display and available in tanks set up by attendees.
