Hello guys,

I've noticed this anomaly on one of the branches a while ago.
This morning I've discovered 2 more growing on the base of the coral.
Acro looks healthy otherwise, fast grower with good PE.

Can someone identify it?

Thanks!

No need to remove, you may harm the coral if you attempt to kill the barnacles.\They don't hurt the coral.

If they are big enough they can die and rot in there. So might RTN a little if that happens. Same goes for vermi snails. Being that exposed i would just cut em off. If the acro is healthy it will heal fast. And like frank said you will never know it was there.

Or just live with em. They shouldn't harming anything.
