Do you mean sensitive to high light OR not very hardy (sensitive to water quality, easy to kill, etc.)?

I had always thought the millepora and staghorns are the easiest to care for acros (if you consisted them acros).

I'm curious what folks would think about light requirements and hardiness of Red Planet, Pink Lemonade or a Bali Slimer for my tank?
I have a pink birdnest that is doing pretty well and a neon green birdnest that I need to move higher in my tank.

my Red Planet was towards the top , suharsoni low towards the bottom millepora right up there with pink lemonade . LPS on the bottom in my tank...are you looking to fill your tanks low med to high and want to know what species fits the bill?

What is "suharsoni"?
Were you indicating the Millepora and Pink Lemonade were toward the top? Or somewhere else?
My pink lemonade is the highest coral in my tank the next is my red planet. I have a Par38 full spectrum bulb over an 8 g so I would consider this a fair amount of light. Even with the red planet being very high it still maintains its green body with pink tips which means it could take more light to get that very pink look alot of people have.
I would stick with montis, birdsnests and stylos. I have a couple montis, ponape birdsnest and a Bird of Paradise lower in the tank and they do well

Red Planet aka A. hyachinthus will do well in low to moderate light I've grown it on the same in a 24" deep tank with 250w radiums. A. lokani, A. granulosa, A. caroliniana, Hawkins Echinata will often grow and color nicely in similar circumstances. Keep in mind growth will generally be slower.

I love the look of the Hawkins Echinata. I've heard deep water acros are hard to keep alive. Is this coral hardy or pretty easy to kill???

hakins is a very delicate coral. i had to transfer it from a rock to a plug and it did lot like that at all. i lost about 1/3 of the coral just from the transfer, finally its growing back. any other coral,would have been fine

Birds nests are easier to care for but are they considered acropora?
