adding 2 females to a tank.

one clown died so im guessing in a while my clown will become a female. what if i added a much larger female to the tank? since its such a different size will the small female instantly switch to a male or will it just result in it being beat up to death?

Once a clown is a female it will stay a femal.When they are converted they will stay coverted unless its a male turning into a female.It will end up to death.

The biggest of your 2 is female.
If that one died, you could possibly add another female right away, and maybe get lucky.
But safest is to chill a bit, and add a second very small clown, like about an inch.
Also I rec using a specimen container for intro, in case old clown doesn't accept new guy.

Yeah once a clown is a female it cant change back to a male....Only males can change to females.....Is my understanding...
