Adequate lightening.......opinions?

Definitely going with 3x175 watt MH (I like the shimmer and already own the equipment)

For either supplementation during the day or to run independently in the evening: 4x 48in VHO actinic bulbs (Already own the bulbs and equipment).

I like lots of light to show off the fish. I like a tint of blue (14k Pheonix are my favorite in my zeroedge)

So.....finally the questions:

Will the MH's be adequate lightening (without supplements) during the day?

If the answer is yes, I'll probably go with 14K MH bulbs. If the answer is no, then I'll probably go with 10K bulbs and supplement with the VHO's during the day.
Thanks

For FOWLR, you have beaucoup lighting and should only supplement as much as you want to have the fish and tank looking the way you like. You have plenty of light for corals too. I don't see any reason to supplement if you are only growing non-photosynthetic organisms. :)
