Lightening could also be a sign of them not getting enough to eat. What is the rest of your tank like? If you have a few fish and feed lightly it could be that and not the lights.

I suspect the lightening of your corals is not a light issue. You do not have much of a fish load. My subspection is it is a food issue.

I just messed around with the settings for a bit and this is my current program

Ramp up starts at about 12pm and ramp down starts at about 11pm with the night settings coming on a bit after 1:30. Any suggestions or is anything off about it?
I changed my weather to Papeete, French Polynesia.

Why? Not saying it is wrong just wondering the reason.

I still say it is a food issue not a light issue. Corals are animals and need to eat in addition to getting the proper light. Either issue can cause the same reaction.

We found the corals don't like the white to high. They don't do well, will not open all the way.
