AI Sol with Season Table - The Phuzzykins Method, Redux

Thanks Leyton

I did that and still no joy. I edited all of my profiles and some were messed up, I edit and move to the next and go back and every few double checks the old setting reverts.

I also changed my Profiles to be 100% from 75%, and double checked every entry from the one on this thread and nada. It is now night on the system so guess I'll need to try again tomorrow.

Thanks

Thanks Russ, but the lights just come on, but no lightening. Also, why to the 4 VarSpeed ports have set commands that I can remove?

For example, the VDM VarSpd2_3_2 has Set WH_Rise in it for the advanced command. If I delete the statement and update module, and go back into it, the setting is there again.

Also, the Profile is called Stormy and the outlet is Storms does that make a difference?

Sorry to be a pest.

Justin

Change the Set statements in all of the unused VarSpd outlets to simply Set OFF.

The name doesn't matter... Storms, Stormy... whatever you named the VO.

I made the changes to the VarSpeed ports. I have some hinky things going on. The slider bar switches on the new Beta do not work on some of the settings, like the Steady20/Steady70. If I slide to "On", they sit there for s minute then slide back to auto and they do NOT turn on the lights. They do work in the old status page.

If I turn on Storms on in the new dash, I can't turn it off there, I need to go to the Old Status page and then click Auto or Manual Off, it will shut off.

Also, last known thing I see, if I reboot the Apex with the VDM plugged in, all I get is a yellow blinking light. Stays that way for ever. If I unplug the Aquabus cable, and unplug the controller, it boots in seconds. Then I plug in the VDM and it works...

I am tired, try more tomorrow.

Thanks for the help

Thanks!

Justin

I am using this configuration with my AI SOL Blues. I am battling Dino and want to significantly reduce my lights for several weeks.

I created a Profile called Dino and mirrored the "Clouds" profile.

I created a VR Outlet called Dino and want to use this as the default light code for now, without editing my current code of weather lights.

Will this work and keep everything intact?

Set OFF
If Time 19:30 to 06:59 Then OFF
Min Time 037:00 Then ON
If DoW SMTWTFS Then ON

Thanks

Justin, that won't work. The If DoW statement will override the prior statements and cause that VO to be ON 7/24.

Edit the exiting profiles to reduce the intensity. If you save the current configuration using the Load/Save page, you can just restore it when you no longer need the reduced lighting.

RussM, I re-programmed my apex to The Phuzzykins Method exactly, with profiles and VO. But I am still running into a situation where BL_Day turns off for 2 seconds, rather than transitioning into BL_Dusk. First graph shows AI_Royal and AI_White following programming and transitioning. The next graph shows AI_Blue, having a hiccup of some sort between Day and Dusk. Remember that programming and profiles are exact, except I have extended Dawn and Dusk to 2 hours, rather than the 1 hour on your original syntax.
I have tried Defer 000:05 Then Off on BL-Day, but this did not seem to work.
