Alk has been tough to keep up

Been reading on this and learn that baking soda can help (how do you add baking soda?)

And also read simply shaking up the contents of my alk/buffer bottle may help too - I'll start with that. Been using the Continuum brand.

All my levels are pretty much within nominal levels particularly Ca (@480) and Mag (@1430)

Any input or advice is much appreciated!

Oh Alk stays around 6.7-7.0 range but seems to dip into the 6's pretty easily. Ideally want to be at 7.5-7.7

Are you dosing or calcium reactor?

I'm just dosing Alk and CA daily. Im using the dosage on the bottle but wonder if I should add a little more than 10mL per 50 gal. (I have 50 gal tank btw) Or I can dose more frequently. I'm just always aware of not jacking up the levels more that 1.0 dKH per day.

You dose according too your coral intake. The bottle is just suggestions.
