for anyone is canada i got it from ottawa inverts and people in the u.s they're working on cites permits to ship to the states so hope it comes soon usually half of the ric order is those crazy rainbow rics

I have a couple of pinks.

This one is a " Bubble Gum Pink "
It holds its color the best

The Next two are " True Pinks "
Without a lot of Actinic / Blue Plus
The Pink fades a little

Here is a pic of one of the first pink Florida ricordea posted on-line....

It was in my old tank and has since been lost after a tank crash when I set-up a new system about 2 years ago...... I could have cried but I have replaced it since now that it seems they are not quite as rare as they used to be. Which I am glad about...

I found my children's Crayon Box and pulled out a few different PINK Crayons
to use as a comparison.
All three Ricordea fall in the " PINK Spectrum "

It seems like one vendor of Ricordea
is coming up with Pinks
A little more often.

That is true Invert.....Thankfully I used them to replace mine and have a new one coming to make it 2 in the collection.....Theres just something about pink ricordea that I just have to have.

Pretty uncommon but a peticular vendor get them in quite a bit more in the last 6 months or so....CoralMorphologic is the vendor.

These used to be about the only rics that came in to the hobby, those and the blue ones.

yeah it changes yrly as the collection areas are rotated out. some yrs greens maybe rare and some other yrs blue. then orange. etc etc

but truly rare is the RED. ric. its only been seen once. and soldon ebay for over 900 bucks. by er1cthereefer wayyyyy back when. went to a aquaculture guy in orgeon i believe. (i tried to win this bid but past 300 was just too rich for me)
