I ordered a new rimless glass frag tank to replace the two 45 gallon tanks in the fish room. It will be a better layout for what I need it for...

Rimless 60"x30"x12" - 93.5 gallons

What are you thinking to light it up?

I am a firm believer that if it ain't broke, don't fix it. This just happened to me a while ago. I got a frag from a guy who has his main tank lit with LEDs and when I took the frag home and placed it under my 400W Ushios it turn brown and later eventually died(prolly my fault).

Good point! I should try and duplicate the lighting I have in the main system so the frags make a smooth transition!!! :fish2:

It's close, up there in the great salt lake! We can collect live brine shrimp a few times a year...free fish food! Can't complain!

Next time you are in town I'll take you on a reef tour of all the sweet local reefers tanks! :wavehand:

That true you should try to replicate your DT light BUT its just a waste of fixture because its only 12" i would go with T5
