Do you do any regular maintenance on your needle wheel? I hope this is an upgrade in more ways than just not having to clean Becketts each Saturday!!

Mine has the Reeflo Orca pump on it. So its pretty much a recirculating skimmer. I clean mine every Sunday and Thursday. It gets so much gunk that it comes out of the holes of the lid.

Also I just aquired a yellow belly hippo about a month ago. Does yours pic on your regular hippo off an on? Lately mine have been going at it but no fin nipping as of yet.

They do follow me around the tank all day looking for food! I feed them a ton so the always come up to the front when I approach the aquarium! Works out great when filming a little update! Thanks!

Yes they chase each other around all the time breaking sticks keeping my frag tank full!! At least yours aren't nipping fins!! Mine always have some signs of fin shredding!

This thing is undersized but seems to add a level of stability to the system that the corals miss when it's not cleaned and running at 100%

Also grabbed a 20lb co2 tank in preparation for my next XXL reactor!
