Anemone after 1 year ..before/after.!!!

Here are some before and after pics of my anemone..basicly can someone tell me what kind of Anemone it is...cause i have no clue...the anemone is just ove 1 year old(since i got him) sorry about the bad quality pics i suck at it!

Yah thats what i thought too.But i read that some BT's dont have Bubble tips,so i wasnt sure!
Where i live almost all anemones you see are BT so i figured thats what it was but i thought it lokked alot like a LT.

It could also be a huge bubble though.

Yah it grew huge and the thing that boggles my mind is that besides eating whatever flakes float by or my Maroon gives him honestly..i have fed him frozen shrimp mabey 3-4 times in the last year!
He also never moved an inch from where i put him when i got him!
He curls up underneath the LR at night and comes out during the day.

Looks like a BTA,, whatever it is, the recovery is a tribute to your husbandry.

Wow, it looks great. I agree that you did a great job nursing it back to health. If you lift up the edge and get a shot of the base of the anemone we can give you a better ID. That is, if you can do that without the maroon biting off a finger

There are lots of anemone guys and gals here that are better than me but it sure looks like BTA.

if its mounted on the rock its most likely BTA... an LTA would have its foot buried in the sand

Well thanks for the help.

It is mounted on the Live Rock not in the sand!Also it has no "warts" on its base.
His tentacles are about 6" long and sticky

Looks kind of like a Sabae Anemone (Heteractis Crispa), I could be wrong though. Nice looking either way!
