Anemone Coloration

Hello all,

I have a 180 reef, and my anemones are lossing color. I am fairly new to the hobby so can you give me an idea as to where to start. I feed them on a regular basis.

What's your lighting and where in the tank are your nems?

What species do you have?
How far is it from the lights?
Can you post a pic?

I have 3 250w Halides. And they are in about the mid point of the tank.
