Anemone for sale

I am not exactly sure why my thread was removed but i will try and reword it so i do not break any rules.

I have a small RBTA for sale. My original one split that i got from Tricky.

I am selling it for $30, I will not hold the anemone on a promise to come pick it up. The first person that we can arrange a time to come and pay/pick him up gets the anemone.

Thanks, it was good to meet you as well, I hope he does well for you I would recommend keeping him somewhere that you can get his clones separated b/c mine keeps splitting.

I have someone coming tomorrow to pick up the other little one.

Thanks, I have sold both of the anemones.

I have yet to be able to get the one that i am keeping off of the powerhead but i put one of my vortech sponge covers over the powerhead so that he wouldn't get sucked up.

Get some ice cubes and gently touch the edge of his foot with the cubes. He will turn loose pretty quick and it won't hurt him at all. Just don't hold it on him for long periods, just repeatedly touch the edge until he starts to release.

Yea i don't know what's up but it keeps splitting.

Glad to hear yours is doing good you will have to let me know if and when it splits. I am not sure if i kept my original one this time or if i kept one of the splits. I will have to see if the one i have now splits again.

I will try the icecube trick to see if i can get him to move to a safe distance.

I would either do the ice cube or turn off the PH. I had one get into a PH once and killed my whole tank. Not a pretty thing to have happen. You might also try just lifting the PH out of the water where his foot is exposed and see if that makes him turn loose also.

Thanks for the advice, right now he is safe as the powerhead is covered in a vortech protective sponge cover.

I think i am gonna try lifting the powerhead out of the water first that seems the easiest.
