Anemone ID and Advice Needed!

Someone is trying to sell me this anemone:

He called it a "yellow sand anemone" (before he sent the picture) so I assumed it was a LTA. Now that I see the picture I'm kind of lost. That doesn't seem like a healthy color, and the mouth is slightly open. What kind of anemone is this and what condition is it in? If it's not in good shape, is it savable? Or should I just completely steer clear of this one?

Edit: I also just asked him how long he's had it and his response was "about a month" and "it's in a friends tank"

Looks like a dyed sabae anemone to me.

Definitely pass, I agree Sebae anemone that is bleached and dyed.

Looks like a Heteractis malu to me. In which case, they do come in those colors. Naturally. They are also known as sand anemones, so that fits the name in which he gave you as well.

Really don't understand what "dyed" is referring to. Has it been treated with food die? Or something else to make it look better?...Doesn't look real good to me...but I'm I nube when it comes to saltwater tanks

They inject something into the nem to appear colorful instead of bleached, they usually perish shortly after the sale.
