anemone in a big ball?

Im sorry I dont have any picks but my lights are off right not and it looks like my anemones is a big ball right now with only few tentacles popping out the top. It is a long tentacle anemone and I was just wondering is this normal behavior?

they can and will change their shape as they see fit.

Yes this is rather common. Several different species will do the same thing. It seems to be a reaction to changes in light levels. Like the lights going off in the tank.

Yep, my RBTA will do it from time to time as well.

I woke up today to the same thing with my LTA...again. It's a common occurance; nothing to worry about.

I was in a rush earlier, but my sebae does that as well, usually at night. Don't really know why.
