Anemone in bad shape

I had a local guy bring me over some livestock he had. He had a massive algae out break which did a number on his corals and this anemone. Everything I got from him is looking much better after about a week in my tank including another anemone he gave me. This one is the only one not looking so great. I did get him to attach to this rock and I had him facing up so he could get a good shot of light but he keeps working his way to the bottom and stays there. Any ideas? Lost cause trying to save him?

I know the guy I got him from thought this guy died as he fell behind his rocks and while he was tearing down the tank found him. So I have no idea how long he has looked like this and when it last fed. I know trying to feed it right now probably is a bad idea.

Also forcing it to face the light is a bad idea...

Best option is to let him be to de-stress, then try to get him to eat. He will only face the light when he is ready. Well if he isn't eventually he'll die in the dark, but keep on forcing him into the light is much more likely to kill him.

I only turned him up when I first put him in the tank but have left him be. When should I try to feel him? Once his tentacles come out? What kind of anemone is it?

I had him in my fuge but the light in there is a small Marineland led light. It not for growing anything so I thought it probably was not going to help him much and put him in the dt.

Yes let him be, Some like to have their feet partly under the sand. Can we get a good shot of its foot and its mouth before it hides too much more.

How are the lights in the tank?
Length of time and brightness.

Tank Temp?
What are the test numbers with the water?
Maybe something is off.

It should have started to respond some by now, even though it looks like it is still in shock.

He is the only thing having a issue so its nothing in the tank. All coral and the other anemone are doing great. Problem is im not sure how long he looked liks this before I got him. A guy taking his tank found him behind the rocks and gave him to me hoping I might be able to save him.

He is currently in my fuge as i didnt want it to crawl behind some rocks and die. And the flow is much slower then the dt so hes not being blown around.

Looked again this morning before leaving for work and still looks the same. Didn't seem to get worse but then again didn't get any better.

I tried feeding him some mysis last night with the fish. I sucked some up in a turkey baster but they just seemed to bounce off him. My other anemone is very sticky this one not so much.
