Anemone Question, Healthy?

Hey all -
Was helping my buddy move a lot of small frags and nem's out of his tank and he have me a few pieces for free. I got this nem, turned out to be two! I just worry if these guys are healthy or not...let me know! Thanks

Since they are so small, feeding them thawed PE mysis would be best.
