Anemone Shrinking

So I have a bubble tip anemone that i got over 3 summers ago, with a maroon clown.. In the first 2 years or so it was over a foot wide when it was fully open, but ever since I got new lights its just been shrinking, and also bleached. At one point, like 6-5 months ago its was a pretty nice size and finally developed amazing bubble tips, but now it just keeps getting smaller, the maroon cant even go in it anymore,

Does anyone know what could be causing it?

Beacause this was a beautiful anemone and I wouldn't want to lose it because I am doing something wrong.

Yes silversides, as usual

Maybe your lights were too strong for it, it shocked your bta and caused it to lose its zooxanthellae? Did you acclimate your bta to the new lights?
